Questions that come up often.
What is the difference between cleaning and disinfecting?
Cleaning removes visible dirt; disinfecting kills the micro-organisms still on the surface afterwards. One does not replace the other — disinfectant applied to a dirty surface barely works. That is why we treat the combination as standard: thorough cleaning first, then certified disinfection of the contact points.
How do you prevent cross-contamination between toilet and washroom?
With the two-bucket method and strictly separated materials: cloths and mops used for the toilet never enter the washroom, and vice versa. Floors are mopped with washroom-specific products. For care environments we apply additional protocols, which we go through with you beforehand.
Do you restock toilet paper, soap and hand towels?
On request, yes. We take over supply management for toilet paper, soap, hand towels and air fresheners entirely, so your staff no longer have to think about it. Odour control and periodic checks on drains can be included as well.
How often should washrooms be cleaned?
That depends mainly on how many people use them per day, not on how many toilets there are. A small office of ten needs a few visits a week; hospitality, sports complexes and care institutions need daily or several-times-daily rounds. During the survey we count toilets, urinals and basins and look at actual use, then build the hygiene plan around that.
