Carpet cleaning calls for more than a vacuum or a damp cloth. Loyal Clean uses hot-water extraction: pressurised hot water that, together with the cleaning agent, lifts the dirt to the surface, followed by immediate suction. Stubborn stains — red wine, coffee, grease — get a separate spotter treatment beforehand.
We clean fitted carpet and loose rugs in homes, office flooring in business premises, and on request also treat upholstery: sofas, armchairs, car interiors. Our products are biodegradable and suitable for households with children or pets — no harsh smells afterwards.

How long does the carpet take to dry?
With our quick-dry fans a carpet is usually walkable again within four to six hours — the same day. Drying right through to the backing takes a little longer depending on pile thickness and ventilation. We recommend airing the room well while it dries.
Do old stains really come out?
Fresh red wine, coffee or grease stains almost always lift with a separate spotter treatment before the main clean. Where a stain is old, dried in, or has been treated wrongly before, a shadow can remain — we tell you that at the inspection beforehand rather than surprising you afterwards. Tobacco, pet and damp odours get their own dedicated treatment.
Do you clean sofas, armchairs and car interiors too?
Yes. Alongside fitted carpet, loose rugs and office flooring, we treat upholstery on request: sofas, armchairs and car interiors. The method is the same — pre-treatment, spotter where needed, then extraction — with products matched to the material.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
Our cleaning agents are biodegradable and suitable for households with children or pets, and they leave no harsh chemical smell behind. As a precaution we always test the product on an inconspicuous patch for colourfastness before treating the whole area.
