How quickly is a property guest-ready again?
We plan for three to four hours between check-out and guest-ready, depending on the size of the property and the number of bedrooms. We usually start within the hour after your guest leaves. As soon as the property is ready you get a short message — with photos, if you find that useful.
How do you get in when we are not there?
However you already handle it: key safe, code lock, smart lock or a local contact person. We fit around the arrangement you have rather than asking you to change it. If you let through a platform with its own check-in procedure, we work to that.
Do you handle the linen as well?
Yes. We work with your own linen stock or arrange hotel-grade linen through our laundry — whichever suits you better. Beds are made up crisply with fresh sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers, and towels are laid out the way you like them.
Do you work weekends and peak season?
Yes, seven days a week between 06:00 and 22:00 — Saturday is the busiest changeover day for holiday rentals in Zeeland, so that is exactly what we plan around. In peak season we recommend booking your changeover slots with us in advance so your property is guaranteed a place in the schedule.
