2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you provide yourself via the contact or quote form:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (for a quote request)
- Town and, optionally, company name
- The content of your message and the service selected
We use no tracking cookies and collect no data unless you enter it yourself.
3. How we use your data
We use your data solely to answer your question or quote request and, if you become a client, to carry out the agreed services. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (submitting the form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to your request and, where applicable, on the performance of a contract.
5. Processors and third parties
To process form submissions we use Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to our email address. Our website is hosted with Hostinger. Where required, data processing agreements are in place with these parties. We do not sell or share your data with other third parties.
6. Retention period
We keep your data no longer than necessary. Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter in line with statutory retention periods (including the 7-year fiscal retention obligation).
7. Cookies
This website uses no tracking or marketing cookies. Any statistics, if enabled, are collected with a privacy-friendly, cookieless method that does not make personal data identifiable. That is why we show no cookie banner.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and transfer your data, and to object to processing. Send your request to info@loyalclean.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
9. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The website is served exclusively over a secure HTTPS connection.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most current version is always on this page.
