A move-out clean is not the same as a thorough regular clean. The handover requirements of landlords and estate agents are often detailed: cupboards empty and cleaned inside, fridge and oven inside, windows on both sides, skirting boards and frames, drains and traps treated. Loyal Clean knows that list — and works through it.
We usually come by for an inspection about a week before the key handover, and agree a fixed price then. On the cleaning day we work with a team of two to four people to finish in a single day. We walk through afterwards together: only once you (and your agent) are satisfied do we close the job.

What if the landlord or agent is not satisfied after all?
Then we come back and put it right free of charge — that is our handover guarantee. We do a final walk-through with you first and only close the job once you are satisfied. If the agent or the new occupant flags something afterwards, we resolve it without argument.
When is the best time for you to come — before or after the move?
After the move, once the house is empty. An empty property can be handed over completely: cupboards inside, skirting boards, behind the washing machine, every floor in one go. We usually visit about a week before the key handover for the inspection, and do the clean itself in the days just before you hand over.
How long does an end-of-tenancy clean take?
We work with a team of two to four people to finish in a single day — even for a family home with a full handover checklist. For large properties, or after building work (dust, sealant residue, paint splashes), we schedule the extra time and tell you in advance, so the key handover is never at risk.
What does an end-of-tenancy clean cost?
We agree a fixed price after the inspection beforehand, rather than from an estimate over the phone. It takes account of the number of rooms, the state of the kitchen and bathroom, the number of windows, and whether building work has left extra to do. That price is fixed — including if the job takes us longer than we expected.
